Thursday 11-18-2022 Misr El Kheir Foundation organized a dialogue session on “Evaluating its strategies for developing the performance of civil society organizations on the regional scale,” on the sidelines of the COP27 conference activities from within the Green Zone. The session included a presentation of a number of proposed solutions, in the presence of many actors and experts in the field of civil society work and sustainable development. It included several topics, the most important of which are: • The reality of civil society organizations (opportunities, challenges). •The extent to which organizations contribute to achieving national development strategies. • Building the capabilities of civil society organizations in sustainable development and climate action - the Civil Organizations Capacity Building Unit - at the Misr El Kheir Foundation as a model. • Partnership opportunities for NGOs for sustainable development and climate action. The Development 2030 platform of the Misr El Kheir Foundation was also reviewed, and the various sections it contains that work to build the capabilities of civil society organizations and volunteers in those organizations in accordance with the latest scientific methods in the field of development innovation.
